pk07 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Legal Guide

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout and shall be interpreted accordingly:

• "pk07," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pk07 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pk07.bid and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with pk07 or accesses any part of the pk07 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the pk07 website, mobile-optimised site, any future applications, and all services made available through those interfaces.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held with pk07, which contains the player's personal details, balance, transaction history, and gaming records.
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable and subject to wagering requirements), and winnings currently held in a player's pk07 account in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Funds" refers to the portion of a player's account balance consisting entirely of deposited money or cleared winnings that are not subject to any remaining wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification processes, which pk07 may conduct at any time to verify a player's identity, age, and the source of deposited funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets a player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary permanent account closure process available to any pk07 player who wishes to be excluded from the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and pk07. By registering a pk07 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms should be read together with the pk07 Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform at the time of the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific terms shall prevail for the matter to which they relate.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease use of the pk07 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To be eligible to register and maintain a pk07 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (individuals only; corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of pk07 unlawful.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of pk07 or any of its affiliates, suppliers, or software providers.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of or as agent for any third party.
• You are not currently self-excluded from pk07 or subject to any active exclusion order relating to gambling.

pk07 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any account pending completion of KYC verification. Any winnings accrued in an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 21 years of age shall be void and forfeited. The deposit amount only will be returned after deduction of any bonuses received.

You may register only one account per person on the pk07 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information in the event of any change.

pk07 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

All funds deposited into your pk07 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. pk07 does not accept deposits made from credit card facilities, borrowed funds, or any other debt instruments.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

You may request withdrawal of your Real Funds balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed KYC verification to the level required for the withdrawal amount.
• There are no active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds that have been mixed with your Real Funds balance (see Clause 7).
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or compliance reviews.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed the same day of the request, subject to our finance team's operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. pk07 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transfer charges.

pk07 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to conduct enhanced due diligence, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, unusual account activity patterns, or incomplete KYC records.

pk07 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published with each offer:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other account.
• The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 30×) must be completed in full before any Bonus Funds are converted to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Only bets placed on qualifying game categories contribute toward wagering requirements. Different game types may contribute at different percentages. Full contribution tables are published in each specific bonus's terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the Real Funds that result from successful completion of wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• pk07 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, adjust wagering requirements, or disqualify a player from a specific promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who have deposited without accepting a bonus are not eligible to retrospectively apply a bonus to that deposit.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed through the pk07 Platform, including cricket, baseball, football, UFC, and all other sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in your bet receipt. Subsequent odds movements do not affect the price of an accepted bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended or refused at any time during live events without prior notice.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before sufficient play has occurred to produce a definitive result under pk07's specific sporting rules, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned.
• pk07 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet placed on the basis of a manifest error in the displayed odds, regardless of whether such error was on the part of pk07 or a third-party data provider.
• Maximum stake limits and bet acceptance criteria apply and may vary by market, event, and player account. pk07 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without explanation.
• PSL matches are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the pk07 Cricket section, which take precedence over these general betting rules for cricket-specific scenarios.

All casino games available on the pk07 Platform — including live dealer games (Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, Teen Patti) and virtual games (slots, Mine, RNG table games) — are offered subject to the following conditions:

• All pk07 Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games and physically dealt cards or dice for live dealer games. Game outcomes are not influenced by pk07 in any way after the game round commences.
• Game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. It is your responsibility to review this information before wagering.
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or network interruptions that occur during a game round may result in the game round being voided. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. pk07 will not be responsible for losses attributable to third-party connectivity issues on your end.
• Live casino games are subject to table capacity limits. Bet-behind options are available on certain Blackjack tables when all seats are occupied.
• Players are prohibited from using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to gain an unfair advantage in casino games. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

pk07 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your pk07 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum continuous session duration after which the Platform will display a notification or log you out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your pk07 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, you are prohibited from attempting to create a new account. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method.

pk07 enforces a strict policy against accepting bets from self-excluded players. If you are aware of someone who is circumventing a self-exclusion, please contact our support team. pk07 cooperates with responsible gaming organisations and, where applicable, participates in multi-operator self-exclusion schemes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk07 Platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of any other person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or dealers, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, or using linked payment methods to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses.
• Laundering money or using pk07 for any illegal financial transaction.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pk07 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and using technical means (such as VPN, proxy, or IP masking) to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the pk07 Platform — including but not limited to the pk07 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, data structures, user interface design, and proprietary betting markets — is the intellectual property of pk07 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without pk07's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk07 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform for maintenance, technical reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a third-party payment provider's failure to process a deposit or withdrawal within expected timeframes.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

pk07's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by pk07.

pk07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 11.
• A request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised by the player with their payment provider in bad faith.

On termination for breach, pk07 reserves the right to confiscate any balance in the account, including Real Funds, where the termination relates to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or material misrepresentation. In all other cases of termination, the Real Funds balance will be returned to the player after completion of any required KYC checks.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter or formation of these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the internal operational rules of pk07 as a platform operating under international gaming licence standards.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk07, you agree to first contact pk07 customer support via the Live Chat function or the email address provided in Clause 17 to seek informal resolution. pk07 commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to a neutral dispute resolution process agreed between the parties. pk07 will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism upon request.

pk07 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a player, pk07 will provide reasonable notice of the change, which may include a notification displayed on the Platform at login, an email to your registered address, or both.

Continued use of the pk07 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Funds balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Clause 6.

The version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identify the current version of these Terms. Previous versions are available from pk07 support on request.
